Colocación del Grip

It is quite important to consider the position in which you are going to stick the grip in order to ensure a fully comfortable use.

The position of the ring support on the phone must be on the upper right side.

For big size phones, the Grip must be placed a bit below the center of the phone.

 

 

AIKLO Grip Works with almost all cases made of plastic, carbon fiber, PC, TPU, etc, but it will not stick to silicone or heavily textured cases.

Aiklo Grip ha sido diseñado pensando no solamente en la estética sino, sobre todo, en la usabilidad.

En la posición horizontal con la anilla abierta, podrás colocar el móvil en dos inclinaciones diferentes.

The grip will fit any bare phone sizes unless it is less than 62,4mm wide. It even fits the iPhone 13 mini, which is 64,2 mm wide.

For the iphone Pro series, due to its repellent treatment, the grip might not stick properly on the surface. In this case, it is recommended to use a PC or TPU case.


ABOUT AIKLO GRIP

The tape tension during the first uses is relatively strong so that the strip always recovers its initial rest position and prevents it from deforming. After several uses, the tension will reduce, leading to a softer grip feeling. The strip will always return to its position after a few seconds.

Yes, of course, you can use a wet cloth with soap or a hygienic wipe.

Unfortunately, if you try to remove it and place it on another phone it will stick but there’s no guarantee that it will stay attached.


WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Yes, we guarantee a refund if you return the product/s within 30 days. The product must not be damaged for us to accept the return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To arrange the return, please contact our Customer Support Team: support@aiklo.com with the order number of your product.

AIKLO is not responsible for any loss that may occur during shipment. We recommend using a courier service, with tracking and from which you can provide proof of delivery.


If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team with your name and order number and we will be able to assist you. If your order has already been shipped, you can always return any unwanted products and obtain a refund.


AIKLO’s products have a 1-year global warranty period, unless it differs with local legislation.

The legal guarantee will not apply in the following cases:

• Return of damaged items and/or product malfunction due to misuse.

• When the defects are due to wear or normal aging over time.


The buyer will be in charge of paying the fees related to any sort of modifications to the buying order.

AIKLO does not accept the exchange between a product purchased by the customer for another product that is offered on the website. The customer must process a return of the product and proceed to make a new purchase.

In the case of a product change within Spain, the associated cost amounts to 9€, corresponding to the shipping costs of the new product and collection of the previous one.

In the case of a non-peninsular change, our team will inform you of the expenses associated with it. AIKLO is not responsible for possible customs expenses

Shipping timeframes depend on your location. Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday, it may not be processed until the following Monday.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 business days, but in some areas of Europe, delivery may take longer.

Los envíos gratuitos por una compra superior a 24€ son sólo para envíos Nacionales.

- Los envíos dentro de la EU ya sean por via terrestre como aéreo, los precios varían según cada país de destino. El precio se calcula en el proceso de compra.
