Versatile
- The ring that allows you to support the mobile on the table has to be positioned in the top right.
- The ideal height of the Grip is just below the center of the mobile, as shown in the images.
- In the case of the iPhone Pro series, due to its repellent treatment, the grip does not adhere properly.

Compatibility
Stix Grip is compatible with all plastic, carbon fiber, PC, TPU cases, but does not stick to silicone cases or those with a lot of relief.
Different positions
Stix Grip has been designed with not only aesthetics in mind but, above all, usability.
The X-shaped design allows you to easily grip your phone from the side (ideal for chatting) or from underneath for group selfies and phone calls.
In a horizontal position with the support ring open, you can stand your phone up in two different angles.

Measures
The grip fits any size phone over 62.4mm wide, including the iPhone mini series (64.2mm).
Frequently asked questions
During the first uses, how does the elastic band behave?
The feeling of tension of the tape during the first uses is relatively strong. In this way it is ensured that the tape always recover its initial rest position and prevent deformation. Can I clean the elastic band of the Grip?
Yes, of course, you can use a cloth and soap or some sanitary wipes.
Can I take off the grip and place it on another mobile ?
Unfortunately, it is not possible. If you try to put it back on another phone, the grip on it won't be as strong and it will probably come off easily.
Warranty and returns
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we guarantee a full refund if you return the product(s) within 30 days. The product must not be damaged for us to accept the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

AIKLO is not responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipment. We recommend that you use a certified courier service, with tracking and from which you can receive proof of delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team with your name and order number. If your order has already been shipped, you can always return any unwanted products for a refund.
What are the conditions of the product warranty?
AIKLO products have a global warranty period of 1 year, unless different from local legislation.
Exceptions to the legal guarantee
The legal guarantee will not apply in the following cases:
- Return of damaged items and/or malfunctioning products due to misuse.
- When the indicated defects are due to normal wear and tear or aging over time.
Product Exchange Policy
Expenses associated with changes will be borne by the buyer.
AIKLO does not allow the exchange of a product purchased by the Customer for another product offered on the Website. The customer must process a return of the product and proceed to make a new purchase.
In the case of a product exchange within the Peninsula, the associated cost amounts to €9, corresponding to the shipping costs of the new product and collection of the incorrect product.
In the case of an exchange outside the peninsula, our team will inform you of the associated costs. AIKLO is not responsible for any possible customs charges that may be generated by the exchange.

What countries do we ship to?
We currently ship to countries that are part of the European community.
What are the delivery times?
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday, it may not be processed until the following Monday.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days, but in some areas of Europe, delivery may take longer.
