  • Different positions

    Aiklo Grip has been designed not only with aesthetics in mind but, above all, with usability. The X shape makes it easy to grip the phone from the side (ideal for chatting) or from below for taking group selfies and, above all, talking on the phone. In the horizontal position with the ring open, you can place the mobile at two different angles.

  • Measures

    The grip fits any phone size larger than 62.4mm wide, including the iPhone mini series (64.2mm).

  • Warranty and returns

    • Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?

      Yes, we guarantee a full refund if you return the product(s) within 30 days. The product must not be damaged for us to accept the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aiklo.com with your product order number.

      AIKLO is not responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipment. We recommend that you use a certified courier service, with tracking and from which you can receive proof of delivery.

    • Can I cancel or change my order?

      If your order has not yet shipped, you can change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team with your name and order number. If your order has already shipped, you can always return any unwanted products for a refund.

    • What are the conditions of the product warranty?

      AIKLO products have a global warranty period of 1 year, unless otherwise noted by local legislation.

    • Exceptions to the legal guarantee

      The legal guarantee will not apply in the following cases:

      - Return of damaged items and/or malfunctioning products due to misuse.

      - When the indicated defects are due to normal wear or aging over time.

    • Product Exchange Policy

      Expenses associated with changes will be borne by the buyer.

      AIKLO does not allow the exchange of a product purchased by the Customer for another product offered on the Website. The customer must process a return of the product and proceed to make a new purchase.

      In the case of a product exchange within the Peninsula, the associated cost amounts to €9, corresponding to the shipping costs of the new product and collection of the incorrect product.

      In the case of an exchange outside the peninsula, our team will inform you of the associated costs. AIKLO is not responsible for any possible customs charges that may be generated by the exchange.
